    At Mission Foods we are always keen to offer caterers help and solutions through category management advice, presentation tips and recipes. Our newest recipes are designed with children in mind, whether you are a school caterer looking for new ideas or a pub or restaurant chef keen to add variety to your kids menu, these three recipes are ideal.

    Showcased at this year’s LACA – ‘The Main Event’, we received some fantastic feedback on the versatility of the recipes. Caterers can choose to use our suggested fillings, or work with the recipe as a starting point to create their own versions. Try adding extra toppings to the mini pizzas or make the quesadillas vegetarian by using Quorn. With recent research from the Out To Lunch Campaign stating that 66% of parents think the food in restaurants and pubs is not good enough for children, caterers need to look at refreshing their menus and providing both nutritional and tasty options.
