Baked Bruschetta Style Naan with Avocado & Spicy Peppers

Serves 10

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes


  • 10 Mission Plain Naan
  • 10 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 - 15 pepper dew spicy peppers, sliced
  • 2.5 ripe avocado, sliced thinly
  • 375g [13¾ oz] cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 375g [13¾ oz] blue cheese, diced
  • Olive oil to drizzle basil leaves cracked black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6.
  2. Place naans on baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes to crisp slightly.
  3. Remove from oven and top with peppers, cherry tomatoes and avocado. Dot with cheese and basil leaves. Sprinkle over cracked pepper, drizzle olive oil and serve warm.
