Banana & Walnut Cream Wraps

Banana & Walnut Cream Wraps
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 7 minutes


  • 10 Mission Plain Super Soft Wraps
  • 2 - 3 small eggs
  • 5 bananas
  • 2.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 375ml double cream, lightly whipped
  • 10 tbsp dulche de leche
  • 7.5 tbsp walnuts, chopped A little grated chocolate, to serve


  1. Preheat oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/375°F, gas 5.
  2. Cut wraps in half and brush edges with a little egg. Fold wraps into cones. Fold bottom of cone upwards and sit wraps in a muffin tin. Press down lightly so cone has flat bottom and shaped like cups.
  3. Bake for about 7 minutes until edges are crispy. Leave to cool.
  4. Banoffe filling: Slice banana and toss in a little lemon juice.
  5. Spoon cream into wrap cups and top with banana slices.
  6. Drizzle with dulche de leche and sprinkle with walnuts and grated chocolate.
