Banoffee Wraps

Serves 10
Banoffee Wraps
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes in the oven or on a BBQ


  • 10 Mission Plain Super Soft Wraps
  • 250g bitter chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 10 bananas, roughly chopped
  • 2 x 397g tin of Carnation Caramel sauce
  • 2.5 medium egg white, lightly beaten
  • finely grated zest of 2 large lime
  • squeeze of juice


  1. Pre heat oven to 220°C gas 7 or BBQ onto high heat.
  2. Mix chopped bananas with chopped chocolate and 4 tbsp of the caramel sauce.
  3. Add zest of the lime and a squeeze of juice.
  4. Brush each wrap with a little beaten egg white.
  5. Fill wraps in normal way and seal well, then pack onto a tray.
  6. Bake in oven or cook over BBQ quickly crisp and slightly coloured.
  7. Do not over heat, the chocolate should not be completely melted.
  8. Serve dusted with icing sugar, sliced and with thick clotted cream.
