BBQ Chicken Cones

  • 10 Mission Plain Super Soft wraps
  • 500g chicken, diced
  • 200g BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100g spring onions, cut into fine strips
  • 200g lettuce
  • 300g sweetcorn


  • Marinate chicken in BBQ sauce for 20 – 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil and fry chicken in the sauce for 5 – 6 minutes or until cooked
  • Divide the reaming ingredients between wraps and top with hot chicken.
  • Fold over the bottom, covering 2/3 of remaining wrap, fold over sides to cover filling leaving an end open and some filling visible.
  • Serve immediately.

If serving wraps cold, chill the chicken before adding to the wrap.
