Bonfire Treacle Toffee Fudge Crisp

Bonfire Treacle Toffee Fudge Crisp

Cooking time: 10 minutes


  • 5 Mission Plain Super Soft Wraps
  • 416.5g (15oz) bitter or milk orange chocolate, chopped
  • 208g (7½ oz) fudge, chopped into very small pieces
  • 50g (2½ oz) Rice Krispies
  • 33g (1¼ oz) popcorn or muesli, optional
  • 66g (2½ oz) white chocolate, chopped roughly
  • 3 - 4 tbsp Golden syrup


  1. Melt chocolate over a pan of simmering water, or carefully in a microwave.
  2. Mix fudge pieces, Rice Krispies, popcorn or muesli, white chocolate and Golden syrup together. Pour over the warm melted chocolate and mix well.
  3. Cut wraps in half, then place a large spoonful of mixture on one end of the wrap.
  4. Roll up in a cone fashion.
  5. Set into a smallish bowl, pointed side down, and repeat for other 5 cones.
  6. Pack together, and chill well.
  7. Just before serving, dust heavily with icing sugar.
