Chocolate Crunch Wraps

Chocolate Crunch Wraps

  • 10 Mission Plain Super Soft Wraps
  • 2kg bitter chocolate
  • 1kg milk chocolate
  • 80 Digestive biscuits, lightly crushed
  • 600g semi dried cherries
  • 500g sunflower seeds
  • 600g semi dried cranberries
  • 500g baby marshmallows
  • 20 tbsp golden syrup
  • 20 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


  1. Melt chocolate over a pan of simmering water. Add golden syrup and olive oil. Mix well, and pour over the rest of the dried ingredients. Carefully mix together.
  2. Lay each wrap on a chopping board and divide the mixture equally among the wraps.
  3. Fold normally, wrap tightly in cling film.
  4. Chill for 2 hours, and slice in diagonal 1cm thick slices.
