Eton Mess Wraps

Serves 10
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 7 minutes


  • 10 Mission Plain Super Soft Wraps
  • 375 ml double cream, lightly whipped
  • 250g British strawberries, halved plus a few for garnish
  • 20-25 mini meringues, crushed


  1. Preheat to 190ºC/fan 170ºC/375ºF, gas 5.
  2. Cut wraps in half and brush edges with a little egg. Fold wraps into cones and fold bottom of cone upwards. Sit wraps in a muffin tin. Press down lightly so the cone has a flat bottom like a cup.
  3. Bake for about 7 minutes until the edges are crispy. Leave to cool.
  4. Eton mess filling: Mix together cream, strawberries and crushed meringues. Spoon into the wrap cups and top with extra strawberries.
