Sweet Chilli Prawns with Courgette and Rocket Wrap

Ingredients

  • 20 Mission 11cm Plain Wraps
  • 500g cooked king prawns
  • 5 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 10 handfuls of rocket leaves
  • 125g courgette, sliced into ribbons
  • 20 tbsp half-fat crème fraiche

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix together prawns and sweet chilli sauce until evenly coated.
  2. Spread a tablespoon of crème fraiche into middle of wrap, followed by a handful of rocket leaves, courgette, and top with some chilli prawns.
  3. Fold over bottom and sides to envelop the filling, or roll up and serve.
