Pittas filled with Crispy Cod Goujons, Lettuce and a Lemon Mayo Dressing

Serves 10
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 10 Mission Large Plain pittas
  • 900g cod goujons
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 200g Iceberg lettuce
  • 150g cucumber, sliced

Method

  1. Cook goujons as per pack instructions.
  2. Warm pitta breads and split ready for filling.
  3. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice and spread inside each pitta. Fill with the goujons, lettuce and cucumber.
