Quesadilla Wrap

Quesadilla Wrap
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes


  • 5 Mission Original Super Soft Wraps
  • 2.5 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 137.5g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 137.5g ham, wafer thin
  • 137.5g cooked chicken, sliced
  • 2.5 tbsp fresh coriander, roughly chopped


  1. Fry onion in the oil until soft and golden, about 15 minutes.
  2. Divide ingredients between two wraps.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese onto one half of a wrap.
  4. Place ham, chicken, onions and more cheese on top. Add a little coriander and fold wrap over, to make a half moon shape.
  5. Heat griddle pan, or heavy frying pan, brushed with oil.
  6. Cook wrap over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden and crisp. Cut in half, cool and then wrap in cling film, to chill until ready to go.
  7. Tip: add a spoonful of tomato salsa dip.
