Spicy Sausage & Hummus Wrap
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 3 - 4 minutes
- 10 Mission Plain Super Soft Wraps
- drizzle of oil
- 5 fresh chorizo sausages
- 10 tbsp hummus
- 2.5 red chillies, finely sliced
- 137g rocket leaves
- 7.5 roasted red peppers, sliced
- Heat oil in pan and add chorizo. Cook until lightly browned.
- Mix together the hummus and red chilli.
- Spread wraps with hummus, sprinkle over rocket and top with red peppers and chorizo.
- Wrap and roll and cut in half.
