Triple Decker Picnic Wrap

Triple Decker Picnic Wrap

  • 5 Mission Plain Super Soft Wraps
  • 416g mature Cheddar, grated
  • 600g sun drenched or sun blush tomatoes
  • 16 spring onions, sliced on a long diagonal
  • 500g (10½ oz) houmous (1 tub)
  • salt and freshly milled black pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon


  1. Place cheddar, tomatoes, onions, houmous together into a large bowl, and mix well.
  2. Add lemon juice and mix well again.
  3. Lay out 1 wrap, spread over half the mixture. Then lay out second wrap and add the rest of the mixture.
  4. Finally top with the last wrap, and press down with a plate of cake rack.
  5. Cover and chill well for 2 hours.
  6. Cut into wedges and eat.
